How this CA and his engineer brother joined forces taking their father’s CA firm from a team of 20 to 100 plus

• CA Rajat Mohan (senior partner at AMRG & Associates) and his engineer IITian brother Gaurav (CEO at AMRG & Associates) have proven the same by reinventing their father’s firm.
• Regardless of having different educational backgrounds, the two brothers were quick to identify their importance for the growth of AMRG and soon joined forces in 2014.
• Through their unique set of powers, they have successfully grown from a team of 20 in 2015 to a team of 100+.

Joining my father’s CA firm 

Growing up I was an average student and never dreamed of getting a bachelor’s degree.

Despite my father (Madhu Mohan) having his own practice (AMRG & Associates) joining his firm was never initially the “plan”. But after a sudden academic turnaround, I figured “why not give chartered accountancy a try, and thus started my CA journey.

Against all odds, I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2008.
