Experience over the years

Nathan has over 40 years of leadership experience across various industries and functions, primarily in HR.

  • 2005-2024: His career includes nearly two decades at Deloitte India, where he most recently served as Partner and Chief Talent Officer until 2024.
  • Before that, he was with Reliance Infocomm, where he led human resources for the Network Division.

What are PwC Acceleration Centers?

Formerly known as Service Delivery Centers (SDCs), PwC Acceleration Centers are global capability hubs.

  • They serve as offshore delivery hubs supporting PwC firms in the US, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
  • These centres focus on delivering high-quality services to clients by supporting client engagement teams and building global capabilities.

Location: ACs in India are located in Kolkata, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Bangalore.

Headcount: As of 2025, PwC Acceleration Centers employ over 10,000 professionals in India.
