Early career at EY and transition to KPMG

Aditya kickstarted his professional journey with the Big 4 firm EY, where he honed his skills in the field of Assurance.

During his time at EY, he developed a strong foundation in financial auditing, bolstering his understanding of industry best practices.

Seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth, Aditya embarked on a new chapter as an Assistant Manager at KPMG in 2015.

This transition marked a pivotal turning point in his career, as it presented him with a platform to explore his potential and expand his horizons.

His proficiency in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), helped him provide training and consultation to organizations seeking to align with global accounting practices.

Manager of Finance at CARS24

In 2016, Aditya assumed the role of Manager of Finance at CARS24, a renowned Indian online used car marketplace now a Unicorn.

Here, Aditya’s strategic financial insights and understanding were crucial in driving the organization’s growth and financial stability.

He helped build the startup in its initial stage from scratch, through banking integration, month closing, accounting, MIS, insurance management, projects, revenue, and reporting.

Leverage Edu: A New Chapter of Leadership

In 2021, Aditya joined Leverage Edu, an emerging leader in the education technology space, as the Finance Controller.

His profound understanding of financial operations and his strategic thinking propelled him to excel in his new role.

Recognizing his exceptional contributions and leadership qualities, in July 2023 Aditya was promoted to the esteemed position of Deputy CFO.
