Meet Shivam Dudeja who shares his experience of preparing for Industrial training and finally getting selected at HSBC Global Asset Management. Learn how he prepared his CV, the interview process, and his responsibilities as an Industrial Trainee at HSBC. What is unique about Shivam is that he applied for his Industrial Training and when he was about to start the nationwide lockdown due to COVID happened. Remote working not being very popular then, his seniors at HSBC told him to focus on his studies till they figure a way out to include him in various tasks. However, Shivam convinced them that he will help them instead in whatever way he could. This learning curve shaped Shivam immensely.
