In 2010, Rahul Menon qualified as a Chartered Accountant and embarked on his professional journey.
He began his career with Ernst & Young (EY), one of the renowned Big 4 firms.
Rahul also gained valuable experience working at another Big 4 firm, KPMG India, for a period of two years.
As an Assistant Manager in KPMG’s Accounting Advisory practice, he specialized in areas such as,

Transition to Xiaomi India
In 2015, Rahul joined Xiaomi India, the Indian subsidiary of the leading Chinese electronics company Xiaomi Corporation, as a Finance Manager.
Over the years, he steadily climbed the corporate ladder, progressing from Finance Manager to Senior Finance Manager, Financial Controller, and eventually Finance Director.
In March 2023, he was promoted to the position of Head of Finance Business Partnering.
He successfully established and scaled a team of over 100 professionals at Xiaomi India.
Rahul has been playing a pivotal role in building Xiaomi India’s multi-billion-dollar business, demonstrating his exceptional cross-functional expertise.
